How long does it take to get my order?

Nope! If you're not home, the driver will leave your package at the door, inside your mailbox, or with your doorman.
What happens if my package gets lost?
All items purchased from Happyrockpets.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
